Fighting Back!

Normal life isn’t really possible, but as long as I keep it in front of me and the stroke in the rear-view mirror, life will be all good.


The problem was I did not have the strength in the right leg I needed to walk.


This blog recounts my experiences with doctors an therapists following the stroke. They aren’t as knowledgeable as you might think or hope, and it pays for the patient to know their limitations.


When people at various stages of recovery from the various maladies that Cabrillo works with work together, they will learn more and regain lost skills more quickly.
